Comments: Pistol is an incredible True Black and Dark Silver Grey girl with very dense and crimpy fleece, yet the handle is absolutely amazing. Her Dam is Liesl, 1st place MIAF 2000 for halter and fleece... and her Sire is Grand Champion Reserve from AOBA 2000, Nic Nac, a Med Rose Gray. She is a granddaughter of Choclateer, an extremely fine fleeced brown herdsire. Our biggest surprise came at her second shearing when she came in grey. She is grey all down the neck and in parts of the blanket. She was judged and shown as true black as recently as AOBA 2002, but she is grey now. We are anxiously awaiting to see if she will pass it on to her cria next summer. Her first cria was a blue ribbon winning female out of Accoyo express (a lovely medium fawn girl named Nyala's Peruvian Carousel Girl). Pistol's second cria is a gorgeous MRG male Nyala's Perucoyo Tamerlane with great crimp, density and flawless conformation.

Awards: 1st Place MIAF Fall 2002 Halter Class - Blacks and Browns - Well the judge last spring was right, Pistol has really come into her own over the summer and was quite impressive at the Fall show. 2nd Place MBS Spring 2002 -- Pistol had turned 6 months old two days before and she took the ring by storm. During oral reasons, the judge could not say enough about Pistol and her amazing fiber, luster, uniform crimp, coverage, and character. She told the audience to watch for this one next year! We can now add that Pistol took 2nd at the AOBA 2003 national show in Louisville in the dark yearling huacaya female composite class. the judge stood Pistol first in conformation. Pistol is bred to Accoyo Magneeto for a summer 2006 cria.

Bred To:

Pistol was bred to PHA Accoyo Magneeto July 2005.

Her most recent cria, Nyala's Perucoyo Tamerlane is a MSF male out of Accoyo the Babe. A medium fawn (formerly dark fawn) blue ribbon winning full accoyo son of Accoyo Camilio.

Pistol just had a beautiful female fawn 1/2 accoyo cria out of AlpacaStock.com's incredible Accoyo Express. A Medium fawn color chamption full accoyo herdsire, with incredible crimp and density. Express sheared over 10 pounds without even counting the seconds. We think Express is one of the top fawn accoyo herdsires in the country, and can't wait to see what he can do for Pistol's first cria!
